You can check your male makeup order’s status by clicking the ‘Order’s and Return’s Link‘ at the bottom of every Makeup For Men UK online page. This will show you exactly what stage in the delivery process your order is currently at after following the on-screen instructions.
Amending My Order
Due to the wide range of potential queries relating to order amendments, please contact our sales team quoting your order reference number and your enquiry. Please note that if an order has already been despatched we are subsequently unable to amend any of it’s components. In this instance any amendments should be dealt with as an exchange.
Canceling My Order
Here at mensmake-up.co.uk we understand that it is a consumer right if you wish to cancel any of your orders with no questions asked. Firstly you must ensure that your order has not been despatched; please see featured help topic ‘Checking My Order’s status’ for how to do this. Secondly, please contact us via e-mail, quoting your order number which you wish to cancel. One of our helpful team will ensure your order is cancelled within 24 hours. Please note that it is within our rights to take up to 14 days to return the funds back to your bank account. However, our average credit return time for 2011 was just 2-3 working days. Finally, if your order has already been despatched your goods must be dealt with as a return.
Return & Exchange Of Your Mens Makeup
Our customers are the most important thing to us and we want you to expect and receive an exceptional level of service from Mens Makeup UK. You may return all makeup for men brought through us for a full refund. We will credit your account within 3 days of receipt of the goods back to our premises, providing they pass our quality inspection report. Please note; that the damaging or use of any makeup items will seriously harm the likelihood of our customers being granted a full refund. However, this is an extremely rare occurrence.
Makeup For Men strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or insure the returned package when returning products to us. Mens Makeup UK cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit and the balance owed may be held until their arrival. We also cannot be held responsible for goods damaged during the returns process, so remember to pack the makeup products for men securely!
PLEASE NOTE; If you have qualified for a promotional gift due to the value of your order, this must be returned along with the products on your order. Mensmake-up.co.uk reserve the right to hold the funds until all products have been returned back to us.
If you are returning a product due to an error on our part, you will not incur any postage costs and you will be offered a credit of the cost of sending the items back to us.
If you wish to exchange any or all of your purchased male makeup items please e-mail us the details of your new desired products. Be sure to send your initial products back to us, with your products safely packaged We recommend that you insure and use recorded delivery for the return of your unwanted makeup back to us. Mens Makeup UK cannot be held responsible if your goods are lost in transit, in which case an exchange cannot be offered.
After we have received your goods back to our premises they will undergo an inspection report and if passed, your exchange will be passed through to our final stage. The damaging of any packaging or obvious use of your makeup will seriously hinder the possibility of an exchange, however, this is a very rare occurrence.
If the value of the exchange results in you being entitled to a credit from us this will be paid back to you within 3-5 business days. If the value of your original order or your exchange order exceeds £30 you will face no shipping charges for the entire transaction. However, if the value of your original order or exchange order does not amount to £30 your credit owed by us will be sent with the deduction of any extra shipping charge for the re-sending of your new products.
If your exchange results in you having to pay more money to us due to the extra cost of your new products then please quote your order number in the PayPal reference notes and make this payment to email@example.com via PayPal. If you paid for your items using a credit/debit card, we will e-mail you a link in order for you to make payment of the outstanding balance on your exchange. We will prompt you if and when it is required for you to make the payment. Please note that MMUK reserve the right to hold any goods in our premises and cannot release them until full payment has been received. We will provide updates regularly to keep you well informed of exactly what action is being or needs to be taken by us or yourself.
PLEASE NOTE that if you have received a promotional gift due to the value of your order, you will not have to return this along with your products. Please also remember that if your exchange order is under £30 then the cost of re-shipping must also be included in the balance paid to us upon the return of your original product(s). We reserve the right to put any exchange on hold until the full payment is received and cleared.
MakeUp Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my makeup for men?
Your order will usually be despatched the same day upon placement of your order (orders before 2pm). Your order will be despatched no later than 24 hours after the placement of your order excluding bank holiday’s and weekends. If you haven’t received your goods within 5 to 7 working days please contact our sales team at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you with your goods’ whereabouts.
All goods are despatched with a Standard Delivery service from Royal Mail at a cost of £2.95 (orders less than £30.00). Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to your specified address from the placement of your order. Mens Makeup UK wish to support our customers wishes and needs at every possible opportunity. We understand that you may want your goods sooner: In this case please contact Jeremy (Warehouse Manager) at our email address and he will do everything he can to despatch your goods on a next day shipment.
Goods lost in transit (these are defined as lost after 28 days of none delivery, based on Royal Mail’s terms and conditions) will be dealt with by us and your items will be re-despatched as a matter of priority, if we are unable to trace their location.
What are the shipping fees I may face?
If you wish to receive your goods the following day (excluding bank holiday’s and weekends after placing your order) you can contact Jeremy our warehouse manager via our email address and we will do everything in our power to despatch your goods on a next day shipment. Please note that in most cases for this to be successful, orders need to be placed and Jeremy informed by 2pm. In our continuing bid to offer outstanding customer service you will not face any extra delivery costs (post order placement) for this privilege.
Our standard delivery charge is £2.95 for all orders under £30.00. This fee will be removed if your order total exceeds £30.00
Can I have my makeup shipped outside of the United Kingdom?
Yes, absolutely! However, for insurance and postage purposes, orders currently sent out of the UK have to be valued over £15.00. There is a full list of countries that Makeup For Men UK ship to on our Makeup Delivery Page. Simply follow our online checkout process and select your desired country of destination and shipping costs will change in accordance to your selection.
